For our 7th episode of the Women in Dentistry podcast, we have Dr. Laura Mach. She is a general dentist and certified Life Coach. She has pwned a thriving, successful practice for 13 years and continues to practice dentistry 3 days a week.
As the Leadership coach for Busy Dentists, Dr. Mach teaches practice owners to step into their leadership role with intention and a better understanding of human behavior. Once her clients understand human feelings and behavior, they have the tools to lead so much more effectively. Dr. Mach also has a popular podcast called Feeling Good, A podcast for Dentists where she discusses issues dentists encounter that commonly cause frustration, teaching listeners how to reframe things to feel better about their careers, their practices, and their lives.
