Welcome to season 2!
For our 10th episode of the Women in Dentistry podcast, we have Dr. Lori Noga. Dr. Lori is the founder and CEO of Tranquillity Dental Wellness Center, but as an actuary and it didn't take long for her to realize her passion was not limited to statistical models and spreadsheets, it really was about empowering others to put fear aside and reach for the opportunity.
On a daily basis, Dr. Noga continues to make mistakes, find opportunities for growth in those situations, and inspire her team to feel safe to do the same. She acknowledges that there is a lot of "ugly" on the path to self-development, growth, and success, but is moved by the beauty in seeing team members be vulnerable, be bold, and transform into better versions of themselves.
